What is the difference between EAM and Safety?
Messerschmidts EAM is for maintenance: work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, stores, procurement and budget. Messerschmidts Safety is for HSSE: permits, man-hours, incidents, people records, gates, security and announcements. They run in the same application and share sites and users.
Do I need both products?
No. You can use either one on its own and add the other later.
Which devices does it run on?
It runs in a modern web browser on computers, tablets and phones. Field devices can work offline.
Can we print ID cards, posters and stickers?
Yes. Messerschmidts Safety prints ID cards with QR badges, posters and inspection stickers from templates.
Offline, hosting and security
How does offline work?
Devices keep the data they need and record new entries locally. When a connection is available, the device syncs with the server. Conflicts are flagged for review rather than silently overwritten.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. The application can run on your own server inside your network, or on our hosted service.
What are signed updates?
Each software update is digitally signed. Your server checks the signature before installing it, so it only runs software that really comes from us.
Where is our data stored?
On the server you choose: your own, or ours. See the privacy page for details, which is still a draft.
Subscription and payment
How much does it cost?
Messerschmidts Safety Premium is ₱500 per user per month. Messerschmidts EAM plans will be announced soon. See the Subscription page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new organisation gets one month of Safety Premium free as a demo.
How are subcontractors charged?
An invited subcontractor account costs ₱50 per month when it works on the same site(s) as the account that invited it. If it works on a site the inviter does not have, it is charged as a full ₱500 user.
How do we pay?
Payments are arranged with customer service by bank transfer or e-wallet. We do not take card payments online.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Tell customer service before your next billing month. Ask us about exporting your data.
