Agreement
These terms govern use of Messerschmidts EAM and Messerschmidts Safety. [Lawyer: parties, acceptance, governing law (Philippines).]
Demo
A new organisation may use Safety Premium free for one month. The demo ends automatically unless a subscription is arranged.
Subscription and payment
- Prices are in Philippine peso (₱) and listed on the Subscription page.
- Messerschmidts Safety Premium: ₱500 per user per month.
- Invited subcontractor accounts: ₱50 per month on the same site(s) as the inviting account; otherwise charged as a full user.
- Payment is arranged with customer service by bank transfer or e-wallet. [Lawyer: billing cycle, late payment, taxes, refunds.]
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their data, for their users, and for their own safety and maintenance decisions. The software supports, but does not replace, a competent safety and maintenance organisation. [Lawyer: complete.]
Self-hosted installations
When the customer runs the software on its own server, the customer is responsible for that server, backups and network. Updates are signed by us. [Lawyer: complete.]
Liability
